EarthLink Business is a division of EarthLink formed from the acquisitions of ITC Deltacom Communications, New Edge Networks, One Communications, STS Communications, Logical Solutions and Business Vitals. It is a company with a growth plan targeting small to medium businesses offering telecommunications services such as MPLS Networking Service, Internet Services, Professional IT Services and Cloud Computing Solutions combined with local and long distance voice services.

  • Secured new business by providing professional technical support for voice, internet and MPLS data services with Ethernet, T1 or DS3 local access.

  • Secured large customer billing $5,500 MRC with services being provided across multiple legacy companies.  Worked with people from each organization to bring the whole project into a single company solution.
  • Piloted new process for implementing detailed Clean Order Package to service delivery organization helping to streamline installation process to help improve the new customer experience.
  • Created standardized network topology diagrams to aid in the sales process and the installation process.
  • Beta Tested Hosted Voice Service on Girl Scouts of South Carolina during prerelease of product.
